Solution

A playback session held two weeks after the program required participants to present real-world case studies, reinforcing learning through application.

Approach
HFI developed a customized version of its Product Usability Essentials program, adapting core concepts from the Certified Usability Analyst (CUA™) curriculum for physical product teams. The program combined usability science with hands-on case studies, covering design semantics, ergonomics, serviceability, lifecycle considerations, usability evaluation, personas, and scenario-based design.
